On's Cloudboom Strike brings new innovation aimed at maximising performance and minimising everything else.
When designing the Cloudboom Strike, On Running's innovation team decided to rethink how certain elements contribute to a shoe's performance. One element they looked at is the strobelrealising it didn't do much for improving performance, so they removed it! The Cloudboom Strike features a unique high-volume insole made with Helion HF foam which sits directly on-top of the Speedboard carbon plategiving you foam for free.
The uppers are constructed from a hyper-light mesh that's transparent, revealing the underlying architecture which On uses to give you a secure fit whilst keeping weights to a minimum.
