Over 10% lighter than the original, the Cielo X1 2.0 weighs in at only 221 grams (men's US9) thanks to the new engineered mesh uppers and re-tooled midsole cutouts. This lighter weight doesn't mean you get less shoe the same dual-layered PEBA and carbon plated midsole construction gives you fantastic energy return. A more aggressive geometry is forefoot-focussed, giving you a faster feeling shoe from the very first stride.

The re-worked uppers ditch the sometimes-heavy knitter construction for a more conventional engineered mesh. This type of construction brings the benefit of lighter weight and a more forgiving fit win/win!
